How much does an estimate cost?
Nothing, whether it's from photos or in person. If we come out and you decide not to move forward, there's no charge and no follow-up call.
How fast will I hear back?
Same day for anything sent before about 4pm on a weekday. Evenings and weekends usually get a reply too, but the next business morning is the promise.
What if my job is really small?
Send it. There's a one-hour minimum, so small jobs are best bundled — if you've got three little things, put them all on the form and we'll knock them out in one visit.
Can I get on the schedule for a specific day?
Usually. Mention it in the description. Mornings book out first, and the schedule is generally three to five business days deep.
